   We feature fresh seafood and hand cut steaks that are enlivened by house made sauces and dressings.  Each meal is prepared to order and is made only with the freshest ingredients.  Fresh baked bread, hot out of the oven accompanies every meal.

The thriving regional wine industry provides many opportunities to taste the newest offerings from the growers and winemakers of the Columbia Gorge and Columbia Valley appellations.  The Lyle Hotel wine-list has received the "Outstanding Washington Wine List" award from Wine Press Norhtwest in 2001, 2002, 2003,  2004, 2005 & 2006!
